Privacy Policy

We don’t share or sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties outside of the need to process and fulfill an order and will only do so in the very unlikely event that we’re pressed to comply with a law enforcement request, subpoena or search warrant.

In placing an order through our website, you’re using PayPal. You can find more about their respective privacy, cookie and data retention policies here. Additionally, WestHost hosts Nauticos.com and provides the platform to send the studio newsletters and you can find its policies here. We mainly use USPS to ship orders. This policy may be updated periodically to reflect new laws or practices.

How we use your data: First and foremost, to ship your order. We may in rare cases reach out to confirm an address or relay information related to your order. (For instance, if there’s been a shipping delay.)

After non-EU customers make a purchase, we add your email address to our mailing list. EU customers will need to send us a separate email after placing an order if they’d like to become part of that mailing list. We also retain access to your physical mailing address for several years via PayPal and, for U.S. customers, will occasionally send out promotional and customer appreciation postcards.

Please note that we never have access to sensitive information like bank account or credit card numbers or passwords — that’s entirely between you and PayPal.

Your rights as a customer: You may request we edit or delete your information at any time, either from our mailing list by contacting us directly at info@seaword.org.
